Carminelle has a fairly high tuber set, that produces elongated tubers. Medium early maturing with medium to good dormancy and maintains its appearance throughout the storage period.
Quality
Great culinary qualities and the tubers look beautful when served in various dishes: ideal for roasting, boiling and utilizing in salads. Carminelle has a waxy texture that stays firm after cooking.
